The most common symptoms of Crohn’s disease are diarrhea (occasionally bloody), abdominal pain and cramping, and unexplained weight loss. Other potential signs and symptoms include nausea, reduced appetite, joint or eye pain, fatigue, anemia, or fever.[1]
